At The Tamale Joint, our food is rooted in family, tradition, and the authentic flavors of Mexico. What started as a family dream for Jorge and his family in Houston, Texas, was built from generations of recipes, handmade tamales, and memories shared around the kitchen table.
Every tamale is made with the same love, tradition, and spirit that inspired our family from the very beginning.
